Auctions are now live!

Today we are pleased to announce that Auctions are now live on Stashh for all users. This feature has been in the works for a long time and is one of our most requested features, so we’re excited to finally be going live!
To celebrate, we’ve been running some special auctions with blue-chip Secret NFT collections like a sneak peek of the Glitched Mutants of Redacted Club, Clandestina Gang, MrMinded, Mystic Skulls, ChameleonVille, Zombie Anons, and Photo Fractus.
Note, however, that these are no ordinary auctions! Stashh runs on top of Secret Network as a Secret App, so all our auctions come with an additional layer of on-chain privacy. This prevents competing bidders from front-running you and protects your balance, bids, and NFTs from prying eyes, bots, and scalpers.
The entire auction is conducted on-chain with all assets held in escrow contracts until the conclusion of the auction. That means there is zero risk from dodgy third party services or oracles manipulating bids for their own benefit.
Initially we will support English auctions. In these auctions bidding begins at a specific price; then bidders increment their bids until the timer runs out or the seller decides to accept the current top bid. The seller can optionally set a Maximum Bid that ends the auction early whenever reached.
Creating an Auction for an asset is super easy:
- Select Auction in the top right of your NFT
- Set the Minimum Bid, End Date, and optionally a Maximum Bid
- Click the List For Sale button
- Approve the transaction
And voila! Your auction listing is live on Stashh 🎉
